Candidates with a solid background in Indian Armed Forces having a clean discharge book are invited to apply to join DEL Marine as Maritime Security Operators (MSOs)

Please note below the basic prerequisites to ensure your application passes initial screening.

Candidates whose applications pass initial screening will be contacted by HR.

Basic Prerequisites

• Solid background in the Indian Armed Forces with a minimum of 5 years of excellent track record

• Military operational experience with honorable discharge and exemplary conduct

• Available for 06 month deployment

• Proficient in English (holding either Marlins or British Council English certificate)

• Fit and healthy

• Holding valid Indian Passport

• ENG1 (medical – physical/psychological)

• Current Police Criminal Check (PCC) certificate

Successful applicants will go through the following stages:

Stage 1

• Telephone interview

• Face to face interview

• English proficiency test

Stage 2

• Background check

• Validation of documents by issuing authority

• Physical Efficiency Tests

• Medical Checkup

• Weapons Handling Test with live fire grouping standards

• Del MarineTraining & Induction Course
