Our Team Leaders and MSOs possess robust background in Indian Armed Forces, boasting a minimum of 5 years of exemplary service record. Many have extensive experience in counter-insurgency and anti-terrorism operations. Predominantly hailing from distinguished regiments, recognized globally for their strength, bravery and fearlessness. Our officers are proficient in English communication and are adept in providing rapid response in all emergency situations. We prioritize recruiting Army personnel known for their bravery, dedication and honesty, attributes that our officers are also famed for. Each officer undergoes a meticulous selection and vetting process before participating in rigorous training, ensuring the highest standards of duty performance. We provide our clients with complete transparency throughout the process, supported by detailed audit trail documentation. Moreover, our officers are highly skilled in handling a wide array of weapons used by the Indian Armed Forces. Also they have practical experience with firearms used during their tenure with various PMSCs.

Our MSOs go through regular and extensive training and necessary certifications before joining a Vessel:

The Training and Certifications required by MSO are as under :

1. Military and law enforcement background checks; Army Discharge Book (Minimum 5 years Army Experience with SHAPE 1 Medical Category and Good Character).

2. Shortlisted Candidates have to attend and pass a Maritime Security Operator (MSO) course conducted by us on anti-piracy which is compliant with industry requirements.

3. Valid Passport

4. Medical check-ups for records of medical, physical and mental fitness; ENG1, Drug & Alcohol test and Psychometric Test Certificate by DG Shipping and SOPL approved Doctors.

5. The Shortlisted Candidates are also given emergency medical training, First Aid and Basic Trauma course

6. Criminal background checks. Shortlisted Candidates are required to submit the latest Police Clearance Certificate showing no criminal case is pending against them.

7. The PCASPs are required to undergo STCW (all 4 modules) and STSDSD by DG Shipping India and SOPL Approved Institutes.

8. CDC (Indian CDC issued by DG Shipping India)

9. Shortlisted Candidates are required to qualify for their English-speaking capabilities (English Marlins Test/British Council Test Certificate.)

10. Shortlisted Candidates are required to undergo and pass Weapon Handling test at Government authorized shooting range.

11. Yellow Fever Vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination certificate.

12. The Company maintains records of both initial and refresher training of the Candidates. The candidates are also given the shipboard familiarization training. The MSOs are ex Indian armed forces men.

13. The MSOs before joining any vessel are made to familiarize with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) as necessary.
